    Chiplus Semiconductor Corp. IC product changed into the process of Pb free for the legislation of international and customer request in Aug. , 2005 . Chiplus product can meet restriction substances request of RoHS(2002/95/EC) by third party certification such as SGS, to upgrade the product environmental qualities, and to reduce the influence upon the ecosystem and contribute to the global environmental preservation.
